i took that day off so i am free ne time

I think late afternoon evening is good. Pending on Fall time change. What you think?

Time changes on the first weekend of November. So, I think mid afternoon would be best like 3pm until whenever everybody leaves.

Hopefully we can make it.....we are planning on it with the stingray and fair lady on the rack.....

Location ? Know you mentioned near Silver Comet.... so looks like we will park then ride.

I no longer have a VW, but would like to attend this event. Unless the group tells me not to. If y'all will allow me I will drive my '72 Morris Mini Van, and ride a Rivendell Atlantis. If you don't want a New Zealand built, water cooled, front wheel drive, car there I understand. But I sure would like to see all the rides, both cars and bikes.

Hell yeah I would like to see that ride here. I have sent an email to parks and rec to make sure we can officially do this event and also to Steve Sands at Proflow to see if he was interested in being a part of this. I haven't heard back from parks and rec as of yet. Proflow respectfully declined to be a part of this show due to Saturdays being "not good for them for shows". So, I guess we'll have it at the pavilion in Hiram as of now.

We are ready now....picked up Ashley's new bike yesterday and she is going to let me borrow the stingray for the day

I am thinking we can do this at the Paulding Chamber of Commerce building. The building will be closed on that day and they have a big parking lot which is connected to the trail.

Can't hardly wait for this one!

Commerce center is on the left headed west on 278 just past the intersection of 278 and hwy 61. Just past the Kroger and QT

I spoke with Steve Sands at PRoflow Performance and he's up for holding this event at his shop. It is located right off the trail in an industrial complex in Hiram (100 Poag Xing Hiram, GA 30141) Attendees should start arriving around 4pm. We're thinking of having Eric Knotts smoking a Boston butt. What does everyone think? We need a head count of all who are planning on attending (with or without a VW or bicycle) If we do the bbq, everyone will need to bring your own beverages and a side dish to go around. Looking forward to this event and to seeing everyone.

BBQ sounds great. Put me down for three.

I'm game for BBQ wait I'm the one smoking it. There two maybe 3 of us.
Everybody please let us know the head count. The amount of meat I smoke is decided on that. Sauces will be a NC vinegar base and I'll have the good old sweet sauce.
We need Cole slaw, buns, bean, chips, etc

We need to really thank Steve Sands from ProFlow Performance for the hospitality. I'll be getting there that morning to start the meat smoking. I hope everyone can come. Talk it up.
If you don't have a bike come anyway. The fellowship is what it's about.

Please give us your name the head count and what you can bring. Also the meat is expensive so I'm going to ask for a donation to be thrown in for the meat. I hope that's ok. I'll build all the sauces.

So is this it? There was a lot more folks said they would come before. It's going on this weekend. We need a head count people.

We will be there. We are coming from a wedding so I am not sure if we will bring any food so don't worry about cooking anything for us.

Will be there Tim - List out what may still be needed and will try to pick up some things.
