Dyno Day & Silver Dollar Showdown #9 Mar 13/14, 2010 (GA)

Whats everyones plans for the weekend?

My plan is to go down early Saturday and catch some/most/all of the dyno then do the cruise to Steak n Shake and then go to the track to camp. I am going to bring a case to burn and maybe some wood if I can get my hands on it in time!

Anyone want to cruise down with me and Ashley on Saturday?

My wife is concerned about the cool nights. Will any power be close by or will any other ladies like to go to a hotel with her and split the cost?

We're all for hanging for a while by the fire but she is not very happy with the cold right now. I can handle it for a while so I'm campin!

Picked up a few propane tanks and a carbon monoxide detector to be sure we wake up alive. This thing had really great reviews so hopefully we will stay toasty. I know it's still kinda far out, but weather.com is saying the low will be around 43 saturday night. That's not too bad.

Bryce, we are heading to Mcdonough late on Friday. We are dog sitting Kelly's moms dog this week, so Friday we are returning the dog and dropping off Winston. Plus this will allow us to sleep in a little later before we head out Saturday morning. We can meet up on down the interstate.

Not likely dude. Last couple years it's been freezing on the drive down. I would love to if the weather is bearable.

Yeah, I will be rolling the bus down Saturday to K&L for the Dyno day and then to Silver Dollar to camp. The Blitzkrieg Aces meeting was today. The Cville cruise in doesn't start til next month and Dallas starts this month on the 27th.

If Ol' Yeller is still in the mood for it, I GOTTA find some cruise buddies, probably only for Sunday though. ( *!#@!!!! work! )

Just realized that just like last year, daylight savings takes place while we will be camping. Unfortunately, we'll lose an hour as we gather around the campfire. But hey, at least if it is freezing, we'll have one less hour to be cold in our sleep!

Weather is looking good highs in the 60s and lows in the mid 40s. That is better what it has been!

Still in need of a few volunteers to help Judge. You will get gate admission.

Also, we will not have any event dash plaques or event shirts! Unfortunately things beyond our control affected the machine that our awards lady uses to print them! And then our shirt place just wasn't able to get us something before it was getting to late! Arghhhhhhhhhh

We will have SEVWA Tour shirts though and lots of goodies for Door Prizes. So make sure you turn in half of your ticket from the gate at the table.

The Addicts are pulling out from Discover Mills at 7 if anybody wants to join us.

If you can make it to Griffin by 6:30am, you're welcome to follow me and dad down from there.

Pennie and I are leaving our house around 11am Sat. We're going to head down to Zebulon, go 18 to Barnesville and then down 341 to Fort Valley then 49 over to downtown Warner Robins. Should be a beautiful drive through the country!

Not meeting Bryce and Ash, they are leaving early. As long as I get there before the cruise, I'm good.
