Anyone know if these transaxle's are made from aluminum or magnesium, or maybe some type of alloy made from both?

I know some of the 6V trannies were magnesium alloy. A guy who I sold a bus to had some nasty burns on his stomach from tollerancing a belhousing with a die grinder and it caught up in him and the dust that was on his belly / torso.
Having said all that I THINK the latter ones are all aluminum.
