Bus Seat Advice
Okay bus gurus. My 66 did not come with any middle or rear seat, and i've been searching high and low for the correct seats to install in the back. My m-code says it came with a long middle seat but seeing as though I have a walk thru i want a short middle. Until I can track down the correct seats (that aren't more than my monthly mortgage) for the bus, will these bay window seats fit in my bus? I'm still learning with the bus particulars so any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Bus Seat Advice
Bay seats will fit. The rear isn't as wide as a splitty seat but the mounting holes on the bottom match up fine. The issue is the seat back which requires minor mods (washers in a pinch) to make up for the space that needs to be filled between the walls and the stock brackets.

Re: Bus Seat Advice
I have a set of rear and middle Bay seats. They don't match but you can cover them and you will be fine.
$125 for both Pm me if interested. I have a deal that involves these seats but it's not finalized, I'm thinking it has fallen through. "type901" these are not the ones we talked about. I can ship them, you will just need to pay Glenn the fuel required to fly down and back. I will personally see that they are safe while in flight. lol

Heads up, the fuel will cost more than his asking price.

Re: Bus Seat Advice
Naw I'll split the fuel 3 ways...Tim 1/3, earlyvw 1/3, me 1/3. I'd be about $75 each.
