This is a guy over near Lilburn. He has a shop right there at his house. For the splash pan, blasted and powder coated was $20. (keep in mind this was a color that he had in stock, if he has to order the pigment it will cost a little more) His work is very good quality and he seems to have a good turn around time. He can also ceramic coat. Here is more info:

Yeah the sump has always been on there, just disguised by a layer of grease and road gunk!

Have not added to this thread in a while, since I haven't done much to the bus except driving it. Finally found a middle seat and installed it yesterday, will eventually re-do the whole interior back to stock now that I have most of the missing pieces.
