I swapped to Alex and I have felt better after the swap. I saved a little money but my home is valued 30k higher than my old policy. Also I love the fact that a I really know and trust my insurance guy and he will always do whatever he can for me. I have also seen Alex deal with his other customers and they get the same treatment as me which makes me a little jealous. He is really one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Long story short couldn't have a better agent and you don't have anytinng I lose just to get a quote.
