Brake pedal won't come up
Brakes work, return spring is fine, master cylinder seems to be fine. I'm running out of ideas as to what is causing it. Once you press it down it just stays and feels stiff and resistant. any help or ideas of things i could do to fix it would be appreciated. its on a 68 with a dual circut master cylinder. thanks

may be a sticking wheel cylinder. my pedal used to not return properly, never did sort it out. i just got used to pulling it back up with my foot lol

I've got one but I'm not itching to sell it. It's a stainless flat four rack so it's nice. Feel free to shoot me an offer
Re: Brake pedal won't come up
I have had the problem you have with a pedal assembles sticking. Is best to take out the rod to the master cylinder and check to see if the pedal moves free. If not then go ahead and pull out the assemble, take it apart and clean it. When you put it back together it's best to Wes whit lithium greese. It does not get stiff ini the hold weather. Good luck with it.
