Engine wont crank Help FIXED

Ok it a 64 serdan 40 hp 6 volt.Was running perfect till last sunday drive
I noticed it was lacking power.So I made it home and cut it off an now it wont
crank.
I checked the following
Points are fireing ( I can see a spark at the points)
Fuel pump is pumping
New plugs (No carbon build up)
Carb sounds like air is coming out when I acceleate it?
I installed new points.Cranked right up

check your valve adjustment you might have a problem there
