Rebuild Referbished

If you look on the Samba there are folks that specialize in different items for these great old cars. Glenn does dizzys, Keith(keifernet) carb rebush and dizzys, Gabriel that does keys and Tanbug who does racks and interiors. I haven't found anyone that does Vent Window rebuilds. Do many of you need vent window rubber and fiber washers changed out? Have your latches seen better days? I'm trying to justify buying a clinching tool for the tubular rivets on these windows.

Any one on here need this service? If you need or want a full refurbish on your windows then parts and time would call for a higher charge. $45 p/window. Cars that are '65-on have a modular vent wing package where the '64 and under cars have individual sections. I have replaced the rubber on Bay Windows and my '66 and to replace the rubber the rivet must be removed and replaced after the install of new rubber.
