68 Ex- Westy

I havn't posted any pics of this project since I started on it. Was a westy when I got it. The customer wanted a regular bus, so I un westied it. Ready for the upholsterer and then install glass. The pics are kinda decieving. It's mouse gray and pearl white. I have a brick red interior for it. Narrowed beam, drop spindles and boom-a-rang plates in the rear. The motor is a 1776 with dual Kadrons and freeway flyer gearing in the trans. Way to much money in a bay, but its what the customer wanted.

Split busses are getting so expensive, maybe it's not too much to sink in a Bay- looks real nice

I saw this bus in person up on the lift, paint is really nice and lovin the grey.

Thanks, but I found some sliders. They are supposed to be on the way.

Yes, its a sliding rag now. Had to trim the existing hole a little, but it worked out good.
