What's your opinion

You don't see to many people on the forums who have these, but they pop up at shows all across the country. So what is everyone's opinion of Things??? I like the look of this one. Some look good, some look plain/okay and some look bad. Just wanted to see what others thought about these.

I love me a thing

I wouldn't mind owning a thing. Bobbyb had one very similar to this one a little while back.

I love my Thing. It has split daily driving duties with my bug for 6 years now. Don't get one if you don't like attention. I love that it is a 4 door convertible. Mine also has a 2.0 type 4 engine and it keeps up with traffic quite well.

I think they are super cool. I know where one is hiding in a garage so I keep riding by hoping to see if anyone is outside. Garage is always closed since I first saw it.

Not real into how that green one looks, but that is just me. I also think Things are awesome. Hope to have mine on the road by my birthday.

Owning a Thing is on my bucket list. They Rock.

I guess the consensus seems to be that everyone likes the Things...who knew...lol

I have always wanted one, I saw a green chop top convertable slamed rat rod pull in to BAP and it caught my attention. It probably came up to my belt. It was sweet

First time I saw a lowered Thing, I flipped. Loved it.
Stock is cool too, Just cuz'.

One reason for not seeing many around- is there are relativly few of them. Only 2 years sales in the US, and they might not have been well received. I was a kid, and I remember thinking "What the h*ll is that???

Plus, since it was kind of like VW's Jeep, they were taken off road, abused, and left to rust

a tan one pulled up today at work. i had to run outside and check it out.

Plus, you can always ask "Do you want to check out my Thing?"

it wouldbe cool to have the Oscar mire wiener mobile then wou could ask if they want to ride your wiener
