GAS to high, switch to Hydrogen!!!!

GAS IS JUST TO HIGH!!! LETS CONVERT TO ALTERNATE FUELS!!!!!!!!

How do you convert? And what kind of difference does it make....mileage/money?

Brice, I bought some plans for 50 bucks while back on how to do it...I will e-mail them if someone is interested. I plan to do it later this year. HHO and HOD system conversion really does work on some of the older engines like VW, BMW, ETC. You can buy kits on e-bay too....

71 GA Beetle, I have seen that EV kit before. I think is 1200+ and you can get around 60 mile on a charge at 45+ mph....

Looks like ya gotcha a mason jar, fuel tubing and some BB's..........
Do a google search on "Hydrogen Generator Plans" and there are a ton.
I think I'm gonna try one of the DIY ones. Not on the dub but maybe the riging lawn tractor. I'll let you know
how it goes or if you don't here back then it didn't go so well.

Where would you put this on a dub? In the line running from oil filler to the oil bath?

I agree that gas prices are way too high.......we should invade an oil producing country and actually steal their oil . I don't know a lot about alternative fuels, and the debate about the efficacy of Hydrogen is incredibly complex and extreme on both sides. But hey, you guys and your beetles are getting 30+ mpg (I think??). Not too shabby compared to my 18-20 (depending on number of passengers in the bus and beers in my belly).

True. What about biodiesel? I'd love to convert an old rabbit or something into a french fry smellin' machine.
