Can anyone I.D. this part for me, It came with the beetle I recently purchased and I have little knowledge of VW parts

There spark plug wire holders they go in the fan shroud to hold the wires

You need three, on an og fan shroud. one on the left, one just behind the intake and one on the right, look for
the holes, they snap in.

Yeah, there are holes in the shroud for three of these. The hole in the shroud all the way to the left (drivers side) is for the holder you have pictured above. It has three slots. Two slots are meant for the spark plug wires, and the third slot is meant to hold the metal gas line in place as it bends around the shroud. The older two holders (on in the middle of the shroud and one on the passenger side) would typically only have two slots since they only hold two wires.
