Turn signals on a fat chic
I really wanto find someone who just absolutely loves to rewire Beetles that have been tampered with by dumb asses in the past. Tracking down wiring problems when your fuse panel isn't even in the right place is more fun that getting tickled with barbed wire... I can't figure out why I have no turn signals bulbs good fuses good anyone had turn signal issues could throw me a bone.

Bad flasher relay or a bad switch.
USe a multi tester and see what if any volts are going to the flasher.
Harbor freight has them cheep, and you should get one if you plan on doing any wiring.

Could also be a bad ground preventing the circuit from being completed. ie... Tarnished wire, connector or contact suface. Wire brush these areas.
