Pulled beside a red late 60s early 70s beetle on hwy 78 this morning only going about 50 mph. Body and paint was in pretty good shape and looked completely stock.

I actually get her up to 70 quite regularly now. Just not quite as fast on the the front side of the hill.

Didn't really check it out as I was putting the pin back in the fuel pump......The guy stopped and asked if I needed which was cool. I told him about the show this weekend we'll see if he shows.

did you happen to notice if it was an older guy driving (around 60's)? A guy lives in the ellenwood area, with a really nice 70's model thing (i don't remember the year tho). Its hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like it.

It was a chick driving. It had a striped pink and white bikini top.....the car not the chick.....

I saw a early model 60s bug. It was a nice maroon red. Was on Powder Springs Rd yesterday. I was in my blue beetle in traffic. lol

My kids wanted me to post this. While watching "Fetch with Ruff Ruffman", an afternoon PBS show, they noticed something. Ruff's studio is made out to look like a garage and it has an orange Ghia in it.

waved at someone in a purple buggy today around noon on hwy61

a few days ago, i saw an older guy in a white bay bus. it had a green passenger front door. He must have had a pretty big motor in there, as he was haulin ass. i was in my gmc safari van, and i could bearly keep up when he took off. lost him off of moreland ave. he's gonna need a new left CV axle, as the inner boot looked like it cracked away from the cv joint, and had slid down the shaft.

Passed a white beetle on Friday not too far from Tucker High School. She gave me a peace sign and I happy returned it.

Guy in a dark blue metallic buggy stopped to see if I needed a hand when my transmission took a dump on me yesterday. Nice guy, I told him about the site.
