you can use an image hosting site like photobucket to get image codes or use the image hosting tool on the site here

they have to be on a pic hosting site (e.x. Photo bucket, face book, myspace, etc.), and then just add the tags around the URL of the picture, example:

[IMG]www.PictureSite.com/yourpic.jpeg[/ING]

That last "[/ING]" should be "[/IMG]" .
