I think it is a valid point about having to sort through all the random posts. Maybe we should get all the details edited into that very first post on page 1 so people that follow the banner ad on the Samba can get the details and make this show huge!!!

i have it on my other computer,i can e-mail it to someone,and get it put on our page (i dont know how to do it),i did just add all details to the first post

i would like to add a couple of activities to the event....a VW push race, clubs compete with each other... and a VW limbo contest, beetle, ghia, bus, and maybe a watercooled if enough show up. what do ya'll think? i will be trying to gather prizes for these events...if anyone can help out with these, i'd appreciate it. gift cards, event tickets anything cool for prizes. we will also be needing some assistants at the show this year, if you want to help out,shoot me a message. thanks guys, we are working hard to make this a fun event for everybody.

I just made my reservations to park a 31ft bumper pull to camp, as well as a dry spot to setup a Tent too! If anyone needs to know it's 35 a night for full hookup and 25 a night for dry camping.

I'm stoked about this event. I hope my family and I get to meet a lot of you and your families. We're gonna be there Friday night and Saturday night camping....should be a good time, we'll welcome all of you to come say hello and hang out outside the camper.

At least some of us will be camping too.

i am looking for volunteers to help us on Saturday. we need some help with food distribution and we will need some help at the gate/registration. it will not be all day, i want everyone (including Mike & myself) to enjoy the show and visit with everyone. if you'd like to help, lemme know. thanks to everyone,this is going to be a great event!!

I don't know many of you yet but I'll be glad to volunteer some time for anything needed. I'll be camping there all weekend, so just send me a PM or something and we'll figure it out

thanks for all the volunteers, i will figure out who we need where and when....and get with all of you. we picked up another vendor today, Gilmore Enterprises, they specialize in A/C for aircooled VW's!
