just curious about the outlook on the Mexi Beetle's? A guy in my hood just told me he got a 92. I didnt even know they made them that late until I did a little bit of research.

So are the motors still aircooled and everything? any major differences?

I was gonna tell him about the Sonic but I didnt know if a Mexi-car would fit in? Cool

I've never seen one in person. I've heard they were real nice(comfortable) to drive. Just kind of hard to get imported into the States due to emission restrictions. I think some people have to send an old pan across the border and have a "swap" done and then bring it back into the States registered under the old pan number, but some people do manage to get the whole thing in and registered without that also.

Yea, he mentioned that he had to do some tricky stuff to get it registered.

Mikes 02 is on the original 02 pan. Hope he can bring it to the sonic one day before he sells.
