In for sure...Southside works with the Fastlife 360 promotion going on the same night. Looks like my dream of a lot of dubs there will come true. Cant wait...I posted a thread on vwvortex.com Hopefully we can have a really good watercooled turnout as well...we tend to respect the old school dubs a great deal.

I plan on getting a hotel for Friday night. Is there a designated one, or should I come up with one? I'm thinking Mcdonough?

We'll be staying in McDonough at Kelly's mom's house. the speedway is about 20 minutes from the bulk of the hotels in McDonough so it's a pretty short drive. Maybe if a few of us stay in that area, we can meet up for a morning cruise to the show.

We are camping at entrance by the show if anybody else is camping.

david and myself plan on camping @ the show also,,clyde there is a hotel in front of the race track but i dont remember the name of it

The Athens VW club will be staying at the Best Western in Griffin. Thanks Mike, but Hotels.com didn't list anything closer than 7.1 miles from the track?

We are opting out on camping to much for a non electric site.Staying at the Country Inn Per Woody's Group,i think its booked allready though according to him.
