If you had about $60K to put in it, you could have a nice $50K bus

I saw that one, looks like a bunch of money $20K for a poorly detailed engine compartment and amateur headliner installation

No kidding, especially since right now its a buyers market. I have noticed prices nearly half what they were just 3 years ago.

Re: Heads down
Original? WTF?
Rims, Euro bumpers, Engine 'bling' and an 009....... (not to mention the lumpy headliner)
Do these idiots understand what original means????????
And for 20K, I would like a jack and spare tire, please!

It is a special order part direct from Germany called a Redewendungen. Or you could just wrap the wire around your screwdriver really tight and it will take that shape.

I hate those wires. They'd be cool if they stayed tightly looped, but mine always loosen up and just get in the way. Tried the screwdriver trick once and it worked for a few minutes!
and Cameron, don't know if you were serious about wanting one of those wires or not, but it's the condensor wire. Don't know why some of them come like that.

Just because YOU spent too much money, doesn't mean the rest of us should! (stereo or not!)

Exactly! If you owned a Ford Maverick, and dumped $75K into the restoration, it didn't make it a $75K car! Watch the Mecum Car Auction, if you don't believe me
