63 Buggy Budget Build

Yep, in that pic I didn't have the springs in the tubes. I got them cut today and put back in.

Those tires are toast going to put on 195's in the front and 295's in the rear.

Darrell I'll let you have all the fun with ground scraping. I cut about an 1 1/4 out of the tail lights to get them to fit.

Today I got the rear bumper bent and tacked together.

That red is gonna look right against the flat black.

It aint gonna stay black. First of the month it will be red and grey. Johnny put on some build up primer and we got a couple other things done.

Hmmm, you may be on to something there. The last time I worked on a car with Joe and was drinking, a wheel fell off on the way home.............................

lol, just messin wit ya. that looks great tho. What did you use as a mold, or to hold that shape so perfectly? I've been wanting to make one that goes over the tunnel (kinda like the ones you see in midamerica, and others), but the way i want it.

Got a can and put saran wrap around it so the glass wouldn't stick.

Got the paint on.

Hey Joe the best way to dry that paint is to put the body back on and go tearing down the road!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the rest of the parts this morning, so I should be riding soon.
