Thanks! Its getting there.
Today I got the tranny bolted in, the rest of the brake lines ran, e-brake cables hooked up, tie rods painted, steering box degreased, and the brakes bled out but the front brakes wont build pressure. I bled the brakes out after figuring out that I had the calipers on the wrong sides. Just need to paint the steering box now!

I finished the clean up on the steering box today. I pulled the pitman arm and the steering knuckle and blasted and painted those. I wire wheeled the steering box and painted it aluminum.

That looks like some great welds. What type of welder setup you use? That pan is awesome!

Thanks! Not too bad for a shade tree mechanic
I am using a Hobart 135 with 75/25 mix and .024 wire

Been working on Stitch....lol Patched up the rusted area along the seal and fender bolt area using some pieces from a car that was cut up
Also got most of the rust on the passenger side cut out and patched. Still have to deal with a few areas along the seal

Started cutting and fitting the a-pillar on the passenger side today. Going to have to patch up some of the heater channel first then onto the a-pillar and inner fender

Your welding is looking good. Is that the 140?

Finally on to the driver side. Door didn't want to come off but I finally got it. Forgot to get pictures of the door before but the bottom was rusted out. I had picked up a replacement door but ran into issues with it and decided to repair the original door.

This side of the car was kind of out in the elements being on the open side of the lean-to. The carpet held the moisture and rotted the threshold and a-pillar.
