Did it again. Another truck.
Alright, the green truck resides in Berlin Germany as a shop truck for a pre-90's shop truck. I got a email from them a month ago and they are about to start working on it. The Dodge is now in Stewardsville, NJ and a shop there made a handsome offer and it is getting the hotrod shop truck treatment for their mopar resto shop. I think they are just going to drop it, do the frame, fix the rust and sell it but it is theirs now.
Thursday I picked up this:
Been buffing on it and it turned out great. Black is so picky.
Removed the mud flaps and bedrails. The wheels/tires are going as the new 15x8 steel wheels from wheel vintiques are on their way along with new tires. I bought some dog dish caps in Daytona last year so now I have a use for them. I need a front spring replaced on it and it needs shocks. After that a carpet kit, dash cap and new exhaust. I'm learning how to drive the three on the tree. Not too bad so far. It has a 360 V8 in it now. The bus still in limbo. I gave up on fixing the brakes. She is putting money aside for that problem. It also needs the torsion bars adjusted as the camber in the rear is not good and on the drivers side is bad. Also time to have the motor checked and gone over as she has had it out a bunch.
