Folks&Wagens, Atlanta area cruise-in, Sep 21!

We will have our next Folks&Wagens September 21, at the Corner Pub in Decatur at 6pm. The July cruise-in was quite fun, and we definitely can smell the potential if we grow this together. Please spread the word!

This is a "flash mob" type meeting that will be held at the Corner Pub. It is a nice location in historic and quaint Decatur. Please understand that we will hang out in the parking lot, have dinner or beer at the pub. This is not an "official" event so no insurance, etc. Please understand this when you come. As or when the event grows there will be appropriate adjustments in timing, location, and so on. It's a start of something that could become big!

Oh man... I was looking forward to this event and meeting some of you guys. I'll be at the Chris Isaak concert that night and will have to miss this. Looking forward to the next one.

I was at the last one and had a great time. Speaking of, I mentioned I would go by a local park to see if would be a possible venue. I didn't think it would be. I think the park's name is Glenlake. Anyway, the parking lot was not very big. Just wanted to follow up on that.

A park would be nice, but we can continue meeting at the Corner Pub until something better comes up. No worries. And they have beer.

Did anyone make it? I got there at 6 and didn't see any Dubs. Hung around until about 10 minutes after and didn't see any pull in.

I apologize, I was late despite my efforts. There were 3 of us there at about 6:30 and ate dinner at the pub.

I did see a nice triple-white Beetle convertible going the opposite way on our way in. Was it you?
