Hi everyone.  I've been reading and learning from this site for the past year, but I never did post an introduction.  I've loved beetles all my life, but finally got one last year.  Its been a great year with the car so far.  Unfortunately I haven't been able to participate in any of the local events, except for showing up at Cruise the Coop for about 2 hours.  I have 3 active kids and sports and scouts seem to take up all of our weekends.  I hope to meet more of you in the future, because I still have a lot to learn in keeping this car running.

Here's a pic of the wife and I on the day we brought the car home and some 'artistic' shots I took.
