feelin awesome..stripped sump stud

Always gentle changing the oil in this thing...changed oil friday and one stud would tighten...just spun round and round....got in this morn to drive and half my oil change was on the floor of my garage

ace hardware sells a 6mm to 8 mm step stud just tap the hole with the 8mm tap an u will be roling againu dont have to drill it just tap it an screw it up

Just keep your fingers crossed it's not the one stud that also holds the oil pickup tube in place!

Learned today I have no business trying to tap threads in a magnesium block.... Bought the 7mm to 6mm replacement studs for the sump studs and just wallered the hole out with a cheap tap... I'm gonna have to take it to a professional now so I dont ruin the case... my luck stinks this week
