My wife just bought me my Birthday/Christmas present... 1961 Ragtop Bug!!! We don't get it for a couple of weeks... but we spent the day driving it around... put a down payment on it... and pick up and finish paying for it in 2 weeks!!! I know this car belonged to someone on this site before... and I would LOVE to find out more about the car from the PO... but until I get it, I won't be able to post photo's. My wife ROCKS!!!

If any of you know who had "Old Blue", 1961 Ragtop... had silver BRM's on it at one point... now has Porsche polished (fakes) on it now... I would love to get any info I can!

More giddy than a school girl going to prom!!!! I have been out of the game for WAY too long... but... I'M BACK!!!!

I remember seeing the car a few times. Liked it better on the gray brms. It is a grafted ragtop car if I remember correctly nothing wrong with that though. Always liked the look of the car. Welcome aboard! Hope to see you and the car at some of our get togethers (Aircooled Airheads)!

That was Danny's car. He loves that car and has taken good care of it. Nice ride....you'll enjoy it.
