Not sure if this has been brought up yet. Pretty funny and so far Jerry has been in a beetle, ghia, and double cab.

The "Hood Ride", "Patina Look" are fading out, folks are doing full restos again.

And? People have always done full restos.....I am positive that dc is climate control stored so it will last longer than your restored cars will in its current state

Re: comedians in cars getting coffee
I just love seeing cars like that in original patina running the roads. Not so much the hoodride scene, but, barnfinds and real patina rides. Nobody can do for a car what nature can. There's is nothing wrong with having a nice painted car. I just don't want something that I'm so worried about, that I can't feel comfortable taking it out of the garage. I mean you put all that money in it and drive it to the local Walmart and some jack ass leaves a buggy sitting out and it rolls into your freshly painted fender. Then you want to kick someones teeth in...

I'll bet that if he thought it needed a full-on restoration, he'd do it, but he's a fan of original logos and patina-
he can jump behind the wheel of a shiny car anytime he wants to

Notice the DC says Porsche Service on the side. That's why he isn't restoring it.
