68 Squareback
This isn't actually a current project, but more of a future project. Little Jon (my son) and I went and pulled it from the woods today. The floors are pretty rusty, but the body is solid. It has a nice red interior that may end up in Mary's(my wife) Squareback. There are some Weber ICTs on it that may also end up on Mary's car.
After I bought this Square I was describing it to Pete R. and he took over describing it to me. Turns out that he used to own it. I know it shouldn't suprise anyone that Pete owned a Squareback I found, but how many has Pete ever SOLD before?!
Here are some photos of the resuce. Make note of the pic of the mouse. He must have come out of the car and was hiding on the trailer ramp when we got home with the car.

Storing the fasty for Pete.
Re: 68 Squareback
Looks like someone gave a crap about this car in the past decade or so, maybe it'll be easy to get back on the road.
One day I'll get a type III that and a type IV are the only things I've never driven or owned.
Looks good, keep the racing stripes.

Pat you made me LOL and call Little J to the computer. I think I spewed some beer thru my nose.

You're getting to be a real expert on Squareback retrieval! Looks like a good future father and son project (if Mary's car doesn't eat up all of the good parts)
