Yes they're both real.

What I understand about the vid is that they are playing a simulated "catch me if you can" deal. The bus gets lost pretty quick.
Now the jump, is spectacular.. I wouldn't do it with any of my vehicles but it must be fun.

I read somewhere that the bus running in the track has a porshe twin turbo engine in it and a complete racing suspension system. So, he is probably pushing 400hp... Not your average VW bus
