fly wheel instalation.
i cant get my fly wheel to slip on the crank.. what am i doing wrong... Its like its binding up hell i have the flywheel in the oven now to get a lil help...

Is this the same crank/flywheel that had the damage? If so its hammered out. I had to use a dremmel and a micrometer on mine.

do you mean its not going onto the dowel pins? i don't think i've ever tried to get it all the way on by hand. usually i'll get it on, and have to work it back and fourth, but it only moves a hair at a time, so i usually just let the gland nut to the rest of the work.
Is there any damage? are the holes perfectly round? any nicks on the holes, or dowel pins?

the holes on the crank are egg shaped i put a new flywheel on it but its already loose.. Im going to try to find a machine shop to drill my crank for 8 dowels and only run the good 4 any idea where to find a shop to do this... i dont think i got the gland nut tight enough...
