If you are just camping, you can probably just pay at the gate. There aren't any reserved spaces in the campground, it's just first come first serve. Show cars and vendors will definitely need to pre-register for a guaranteed spot.

Pre-registration is closed! We have received an unprecedented number of show cars and vendors register this year. If you were unable to register, show car space may be available Saturday morning. Once we reach the limit on judged cars, we may permit non-judged entries if room is available.

All of our vendor spaces have sold out this year. We will notify if an overflow area can be set up.

Camping spots should still be available but they are all first-come first-serve.

Not sure who all here is on the e-mail list, but I got this earlier today so I figured I'd post it up so everyone knows the schedule. Hopefully the rain won't be too bad!

Bug-a-Palüza 13 Schedule of Events

Thanks for registering for the show. The weekend will be packed with activities and events, so we've put together a tentative show schedule. Times are subject to change, and more events may be announced throughout the weekend.

Please note that due to new construction at the VW factory, the plant tours have been postponed. This is a safety issue and beyond our control. We apologize for the inconvenience. I propose for next year @ BAP we all(Georgia Dubbers) camp in one big area. Some of you guys I have no idea who ya are but I've talked with ya on here.

I'm not settin up camp at the second light any more, it was a big marsh, more like a Swamp!

trees did not help, I donated a mud filled tent to the camp jordan clean up crew when we left, we even utilized a concrete slab that was there and we are just now drying out; but that was a lot of rain we got I don't think there was much to be done with that.

At least call us all to the stage for a Large group photo. I guarantee we had more members @ BAP than the folks that put it on.

Under the trees is not a good idea when you have the storms we had up there Friday and early Sat morning.

Yeah BAP 12 was perfect weather wise! I hope BAP 14 will be the same. #13? You know how the numbers go..... Something was telling me early on to not get excited about this one. How bout we all cruise to Knoxville, May 22-23? That one has two nights of camping also!

i would'nt waste my time...again!! that is a loooong ride in a dub and i was not impressed last year.

I would recommend moving the camping over to the RV area. The ground is covered in rock and stayed pretty much dry the whole time. No mud. Plus, there is water and power available. The downside, the distance from the show. The walk was not bad though.
