Show Cars
40 classes for show cars, plus specialty awards. Pre-register online at bugapaluza.com ($16) or on Saturday morning ($20) while space lasts.

Vendors
Vendor spaces are 10'x20' for $10 each. These are basically the size of one parking space. Multiple spaces can be purchased consecutively for larger vendors. Vendor spaces this year are by application only.

Spectators
Spectator entry is just $4 per person, good for entry all weekend. Children under 12 are admitted free. All gate proceeds go directly to the Ronald McDonald House, donations also appreciated! Gates open at 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Campers
Camping will once again be in the RV lot at Camp Jordan. There is plenty of space for large RVs on the gravel lot as well as plenty of flat grassy areas for tents and campers. Camping is just $5 per person for the entire weekend.

As in the past:

* Water and power (30A service) is available in the RV lot. Bring your own drop cords and splitters.
* All camp and cooking fires must be off the ground.
* No generators after 11 PM.
* All dogs must be on a leash and owners must clean up after them.

We are just a little more than two weeks away. Pre-registration will end soon, I highly recommend everyone sign up!

For anyone heading up Friday Morning, a few of us are meeting at 9:00am at the CVS store in Oakwood, GA.

We will then travel up Hwy 53 to 75 just south of Dalton. This keeps us off the interstate as long as possible.

Anyone going up tomorrow?

I was planning on it but I am not sure that is still the plan.

We are heading up today after work!

Anyone heading up 75 tomorrow? It looks like the weather is clearing or at least not pouring. So we may head up tomorrow to camp at least one night. I'm not sure what time we're leaving yet, but I'll check back here in case schedules match up.

Can anyone report on the ground conditions for the campground? If the gravel lot is full I imagine the other areas are a swamp by now.

We have a group of us leaving the Gwinnett area at 9 AM and will be taking 85 to 285 to 75

The reports I'm getting is that it is not too wet in the campground. We won't be on 75 till almost Dalton.

Hmm, the Oakwood and Gwinnett folks could all be getting to the Calhoun/Dalton area around 11ish it seems.

I may cruise that way and be on the look out. I was about say "get there and slow down" but that's never a problem!

The campground is fine. The rain subsided early this evening and there are no issues with flooding.

Our meet time has been moved back to 10:00.

how is the weather at the show

Sunny and getting hot.

I would like to thank everyone who came out to our show last weekend. I know the weather was not in our favor this year, and Sunday was pretty much washed out. Despite all this, we had a great crowd Saturday and we were able to raise $16,000 for the Ronald McDonald House in one day. That's fantastic!

Great show, I appreciate all the effort you put into it. R McD House is a great organization. They were gracious to my nephew while he was at Duke University for bone marrow/stem cell transplant. We registered our bug but the condenser failed on the way up. We were able to get it back home, but couldn't find any parts Friday (everyone was at the show). We came up anyway. Kinda glad we weren't in the bug Sunday. It poured headed south back to Atlanta.
