Ok.....so wanted to try and get some thoughts together here from the West Gawgia peeps ! I think we need to start & STICK with a bi-monthly get together. One of those things that goes without an invite or planning. More of scheduled event. Meet, eat & mingle ! Thinking like the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. Overspray mentioned getting in touch with David Wright from Wright Way BBQ in Bremen as a normal venue. Plenty of room to grow there as far as seating goes & a bowling alley across the parking lot to boot ! I know there are tons of "clubs" and such for our area but really love the thoughts of something for any VW enthuisist without the "business" part being involved. Working with what Callahan started here. Not trying to steal the idea, just wanting it to become a regular hang out. What do ya'll think ? Start at beginning of year ? Would be cool to watch this grow from group of 12 to who knows how many ! Find a general location to all meet and cruize into dinner ! Looking for dedication here.....a normal time/date/etc !

idk how often i'll be able to join in anymore as i'm taking next semester off to work and i'll be at home most of the time

I'd be up for it also. Unfortunately though I've got school going on currenty, so I'll have zero free time until the end of January. Well, I'll have a very small break right at christmas and new years. But after then, I could probably make it out regularly.

Cool.....exactly what we need is everyones input and schedule ! Try & make it work for as many as possible. Hard for me sometimes too with my youngins. And most the peeps out this way are youngins themselves ! Would a week night be better than weekend end ? Mid week ? Throw some ideas out there ! We're freakin slackin out here in Podunk, GA ! i would like to meet up but i don't get home till 7-7:30.saturday are good for me. i got family things sunday

weeknights really suck for me just cause I have to wake up really early for work. Fridays nights or Saturdays would work for me except the 2nd Saturday of each month(airheads meet). But you guys and gals come up with some dates that work for the majority and I'll do what I can to get there.
