I have one window to go and then carpet and seats to install. All of the upholstery is done, just have to slide them in. May not have the sounds in by then, definitely will be goin' topless

All 4 windows are in, one sticks a bit (we'll just leave it down), wiring we discussed is done, footboard is modified and installed. It's a process

11 VWs showed up!!!! It was a great time. Next weekend they are doing a Street Fest on Saturday. $10.00 per car. I'll post the flyer in a new thread.

Great turnout for a rainy evening! Talked to one of the organizers - he said to be sure and thank everyone for coming out and invited all back for the Street-Fest next weekend. Definitely a VW invasion - only 14 "other" cars and one motorcycle

Fantastic first outing for the 'vert, just got a little damp on the way home. Happy to finally have a VW running and driving!
