frontend outta line

ive got a 6 in narrowed adjustable beam that i made myself cuz i dont have the money to buy one professionaly made.ive went thre 2 sets of tires in the last year im to scared to drive it because of the tires waring down.i wud like to know how i cut get the frontend lined up ferfectly straight. i think its my tie rods im gunna take them off and redo a new pare but how much shud i take out when i cut and weld it back together do i leave the short tie rod the original length and narrow the longest 1.idk sumbody let me no. text me at 1(706)-483-9549 2 let me know.thanx skunk
