Aircooled Addicts sponsered car show

Sept. 25th we will be helping put on a local show. The show will be in Snellville at my church. It is going to be a big show for all makes and models so it should be a lot of fun. There will be classes for VW's, hot rods, motorcycles, tuners, and 4x4's. For all the info check out the show website (Thanks Scott)

Just a reminder for this show. It is the weekend after the Flowery Branch show.
We just had another planning meeting on it today and I think this is going to be a really cool show for it's first year. I would love to see all of you there.
There will be things going on for the whole family and after the show we are going to have a parade style cruise over to the Avenue for dinner.

Just another reminder about this show. It is turning out so far to be pretty big. We have gotten some pretty big sponsers already and I think this is going to be an awesome show for the 1st year. We have already started talking about things for next years show with a bigger budget
I really am hoping to have a huge VW turnout. We worked today on the trophies and awards. We will have some nice trophies, plaques, and medals. I am still working on the classes but I know we will have best in show VW, peoples choice, best paint, best engine, best interior, kids choice, and pastors choice. The overall best in show trophy is 4 feet tall
Be sure to mark your calenders and come out for this one.

Just another bump up for the show. It's getting closer

Bump it up!! Deb and I are ready to get back in the grove, Fall is in the air.

Ok the show is next week I hope to see everyone there because this is going to be a really great show. We are going to have food, crafts, and lots to do for the kids. Also, you can start arriving as early as 8:30. The first 125 entries also get the event t-shirt included with their entry fee. I look forward to seeing you all next Sat.

So sorry I am going to miss this one We'll get to see all of you soon though!

Just an update on the show. I want to make sure everyone knows what to expect trophy wise when they come to the show. There isn't going to be that many different classes due to our limited budget with such a big show.
The VW classes will be Bug, Bus, Ghia, and daily driver. There will be 1-3rd in each class. I really wanted to have more classes but I wasn't in charge of the trophy budget. We have a couple specaial awards as well.
Also for the overall show there will be Best in Show, Best paint, Best engine, Best interior, Peoples Choice, Pastors Choice, and Kids choice. The awards will be trophys for 1st, plaques for 2nd, and medals for 3rd. They are all very nice looking.
