Cars And Coffee - ATL - We need to crash this event!!

Well that attitude sure makes me want to call in sick and go. A thirty plus year old VW is certainly not a F-n S2000! 40% of the "hotrod crowd" probably drove a bug at some time or another. The VW bug is one of the most significant cars in history and has every right to be mixed in with their V8s.

I just need to know where it's going to be this month and I'm going piss on them Hotrod guys for real

I will say I have been a couple times and we always parked in the general area of each other. Everyone actually does that...
For instance the Ferrari's, Lamborgini's, BMW's, etc all park together. I used to own a 85 BMW that was pretty nice and we always went and chilled there. Everyone was really nice and there were some tuners but it wasnt a rice fest.

I would love to go again with the beetles. I havnt seen too many Beetles when I went. I have seen a Herbie once though.
Theres a lot of nice places to eat and places to shop for anyones wives who would get bored. lol.

Had along conversation with one of the organizers of the Cars&Coffee cruise in and they are excited to have some VW come on out. They have been hearing about how big our community is and how well organize we are. Saturday night is the Dallas cruise in on Main St. from 4 til 9

Well, how was it?

I was there at 11:00, and there were 4 cars there. I was expecting rows of Porsches and BMW's, and a few classic cars too, but when I left there was a Ferrari, a Rolls Royce, a Falcon, and a Mustang Cobra. Not exactly the turn out I was expecting after seeing pictures from previous events.

Agree it was a stop and go crowd guess I missed the few that went got there around 11:30. Have seen many more cars at the Lanier campus for the Cars and Coffee shows. Was nice to see more people interested in the bug than the some of the other rods !!

I'll bet the threat of rain kept most away, plus the change of location
