non vw mechanic needed in Augusta

Hopefully admin does not mind me posting this in 2 threads but needed pretty quick.
My daughter and granddaughter live in Augusta and in need of someone to fix/diagnose their 87 Dodge Caravan (auto/6cyl 4.2). I am not close enough to look at it. If there is anyone out there that can help give me a shout. They are also looking for a replacement car as well. So looking for a cheap 4 door, auto if the van cannot be fixed. If you can take a look let me know what you can do and how much. can pay you or trade dub parts! Will be in Augusta in a few weeks, but only for a day so not much time and they need something now. Oh yeah, I think its electrical, maybe the computer has quit. But they are no very automotively literate so it just may be a dead battery! The usuall kids ignoring parents advise and run it into the ground!

The van is currently not running. So would have to be a house call. Thanks for the info thou, since they cannot work on their cars a good mechanic is someone they need to have on speed dial!
