There's a gallery feature with the forum that's currently disabled. I'll get with Bryce and get back with you.

The Gallery feature is now enabled. You can create a gallery and or grab image paths to use in your posts. Look in the top menu for "Gallery".

Any way to get the location column and sort by "location" feature back in the memberlist? I'm always curious how many members we have on this site in my area. I though it used to be there, but didn't see it when I looked recently.

Yes! Stay away from PHOTOBUCKET. There is some crazy virus going on there. Something to do with one of the adds after you login....

whats wrong with photobucket? i just uploaded a bunch of pics there yesterday? should i be worried? is it upploading a virus to your computer or something?

Well two different computers and the common denominator to the "Virus Scan" highjacker is Photobucket. Also I have a folder that I don't remember adding to my album and it has nothing in it. It's like "Decorated Images" I don't think I added it. I can't find a way to delete it either.

The other site I've used in the past is 4shared. It is really a data storage site and not just photos. So that means that your photos will just show as a file and not a photo album.

Yeah I'm like you Don what now, I have a shit load of photos in my album!

How does one go about putting pics into the gallery ??

click Gallery link at the top of the page- click "Your Personal Album" - click "Create Personal Gallery" - click "Click here to return to the personal album" then you will see a button on top left "Upload Pic"

zabo you made it simple to post pics in the gallery see if you can help a not so compooter smart man how to post pics in the form

Go to your pictures and click on which ever one you want to post.
Below the picture, you will see a box called details.
In that box you'll see a line called "BBCode of the Picture :"
Copy that line of code.
Then paste that code into your post.

A couple items I have noticed lately, just wondering if it is just my computer or if anyone else is experiencing this.

1) The image, link, flash, etc... buttons in the "post a reply" box. I used to be able to click on these and the pop-up box would open up right on the screen. Now I click on these and it appears as if nothing happens. But I found out what actually is happening is the pop-up box is in fact opening, but it is way way way down at the bottom of the page. You have to scroll way down to see the box. (hopefully I worded that so it makes sense).

2) When I used to click post reply in a thread, the "post a reply" box would show up first, then previous posts would show up under that. Now it is the opposite. I click, "post reply", and then have to scroll past a few previous posts to get to the reply box. Is this just a recent change or I have messed up a personal setting?

I have noticed both as well cant figure out how to change it though maybe Rob or Scott and fix these problems....

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. We have no way to edit the files to make changes. If there's no admin settings, we can't do anything. I'll search the forumotion forum to see what others are saying.

yeah, i've notced those things too. i don't mind the reply thing, but i hate the way the way the boxes pop up at the bottom

For what it's worth I get the same probelem in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox.
