Be sure and wear your saftey glasses! I wonder how many times he messed up before he got it right? Hmm, sharp pointy thing being stuck to a wheel spinning at 900-1000rpm.....for some reason the famous last words "watch this" come to mind.

If he'd keep the belt to the correct tightness, he couldn't do that.
Seen this before - noted the gas filter in the engine compartment as well and thought "boom."
