Low Country boil at Bug-a-Paluza
For the last two years Joe has done a Low Country Boil for our Saturday evening meal. For those who may not know, a Low Country boil contains shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, and sometimes crawfish. It is all boiled together with a spicy mix. YUM!
There is always plenty. Last year we passed the hat to cover Joe's costs and came up about $70.00 (or was it $90?) short. Joe enjoys cookin and feeding us, but doesn't get too excited about footing the bill.
The cost this year will $20.00 per person. If the cost can be reduced it will be, but at this point figure on $20.
