O, I forgot I got my wipers working,cleaned the terminals. They call me SLIM JIM

I forgot Kim has class, we'll be there around 3:30 too...

We are hoping to be there. Took the car out in the drizzle last night and tested my makeshift wiper. I couldn't find a 10 or 11 inch wiper anywhere, so I had to buy a 14 inch and cut the ends down. So now it's only held in place in two spots rather than 4 and doesn't sit very well on the window. I will have the correct ones soon, but for the time being, heavy rain driving is out.

i believe orilies has them. i was there the other day, and i know they had 12 inch wipers, but i'm pretty sure they had smaller ones. i had to get 13 inch wipers for my super. i know they atleast had 12 inch rain-X wipers, but i think they had smaller ones of the cheapo brand.

Looks like i won't be able to make it this time . i gotta work. maybe next time.

Oreily's is where I looked. They had an emply slot for 13"s, but nothing smaller (in my store atleast). The other problem, is I have the old style flat end arm, not the usual hook end wiper arm. The blade I bought came with an adapter, and I got it to work, but it's not the best setup. The adapter is kinda large and makes the wiper sit an a funny angle. I'm still coming out, but I won't be in the bug

ahh, i see now. my super has the hook end. what about the wiper arms mid america sells? they have the wipers, and arms if you need them.

My box o' parts had mixmatched wiper arms. I hope to be getting some parts from my wishlist for my birthday at the end of the month. I hope to be getting one wiper arm to make a matched set and the correct wiper blades (and hopefully a ton of other stuff )

I just got home. Stopped off by Summit and stayed a while. Thanks to everyone that made it out. Maybe we should decide on an indoor place when it is going to be rainy so we can all eat and stay warm and dry....

Sorry I missed it yesterday. I helped Kathy out at the Scion show. It was freezing wet and I froze my nips off. They started an hour late I we got out of there about 10 PM. Saw alot of nice cars though.

Dang it I completley forgot. I was off and all. Just sat home watching it rain. I would of atleast had something to do. Rain doesnt affect my travels, just makes me want to find a dirt road.

i had to work, couldn't make it. i haven't missed one in a long time too. maybe next time.
