Installing drop spindles in the front
I've got at 72 std beetle and I think I'd like to install drop spindles on the front. I'm not overly mechanical but I've watched a couple of videos of people making this mod and I feel like I can figure it out. I do however have questions.
1) Are there brands that you know to be better than others?
2) I'm guessing enough people have done this that someone has posted info on what size tires you have to have to make this work. I was thinking of 2.5" drop spindles and my current tires are 195/60r15. Are they going to rub?
3) got any good advice?
Thanks!

Re: Installing drop spindles in the front
I like cb performance but they are not "cheap".
Most go with a 145-65-15. That will not rub and give you a little more drop. 195s will prob rub.

Post some before and after pics.
