How to lower the rear VW video??? Empty How to lower the rear VW video???

Found this video on Youtube. Is this the same way to lower the rear on a 1970 Bay Window? If not, is it at least similar?
Any other information would be appreciated.

There is also a how to on the manx site. It describes how to rraise the car but lowering is exactly the same. And lowering the rear of the bay should be about the same.
