Cruise to Commerce Crossing VW SHOW on MARCH 7th

I plan on going to this show.

Gary - you want to organize a club cruise for this?

We are adding a cruise for March. On March 7th there is a show being put on in Commerce. This will be another VW and hot rod show. We will be meeting between 8 and 8:30 at Discover Mills and pulling out at 8:30. Here is the info on the show

Commerce Crossing VW SHOW!!!!!! MARCH 7th Saturday.
Across from Tanger Outlet mall in Commerce Georgia

Volkswagen and Hot rod show. $25 entry fee(With Free T-Shirt)!!
Lots of classes. Trophies and Prizes in each. All makes and Models Welcome!
Lots of things going on that weekend at Commerce Crossing. Food, Shopping, Some type of "Spring Fling" It should be a good time for all ages.

Everyone should try to be parked for the actual show by 10AM. Judging at 12:30. The trophies and prizes will be handed out at 2pm.
Trophies for each class(depending on how many show) and $100 cash for best VW.
Lots of other stuff going on that weekend at this area, so bring the Family.

Free to get in and check it out.
$25 to show a car, but you get a free Show Shirt!
Show Shirts for spectators $15.

I guess we need to figure out who is going to show and who is going to spectate. For showing, maybe 8:30ish. 8:30 for a 1 hr drive, 9:30 and 30 minutes to get in place by 10:00. Spectators could leave whenever. I'm actually thinking of putting my piece of shit in the show.

I think we should plan on leaving at 8:30. It seems that that is what the overall opinion is so lets officially make that the time. We can meet between 8 and 8:30 with everybody ready to pull out at 8:30. I will send out a club email to everybody. Eric, since you started the post, will you go edit your original post up top and put in all the details?

I'll edit - meet at our same location at discover Mills? Or have 2 meets - one at Discover and one a little further up the road for the guys that would have to back track to get to the mall.

I say that we meet at Discover Mills as usual and if we need to pick up another group down the road then we will.

Just a reminder for Sat. We will be meeting between 8 and 8:30 and pulling out at 8:30. As always we are meeting at Discover Mills Mall. The weather is supposed to be great so I hope to see you all there.

Gary we'll probably need to be pretty strict on the 8:30 leave time due to the set up deadline.
