Me and 76' Westy from Marietta

Hey guys! My name's Tyler. I'm 18 and just graduated from high school a couple months ago. For the last (little of a ) year and a half my daily driver has been my nearly bone stock Chrome Yellow 76' Westy! My dad got it years ago but just garaged it since his company was generally too busy for him to drive it. About three years ago my appreciation of the aircooled VWs far surpassed my family's and once I convinced them to give the bus to me I spent a good 3 or 4 months straight working on the interior and cleaning up the exterior. I've been to Bug-a-paluza and the like a few times, the Stevenson Bug Blast, some local parking lot shows, etc so I might have met a couple of you. It appears I'm one of the only guys my age who's seriously into them and quite proud of it, haha. I do all the maintenance myself aside from the more intensive mechanical repairs (as it runs darn well and I really don't care to mess that up!). I call it 'The Breadloaf Mobile' (a name affectionately coined by a good friend of mine) and aside from day to day driving I've taken quite a few camping trips in my bus, ranging from the Brasstown Bald to Mentone, Alabama. Now that I've found this website hopefully you'll see me around these shows more.

It appears my picture isn't showing up...would anyone happen to know how to fix this?

I think your image isn't showing up because it is hosted on facebook. You might have to find an external photo hosting site and upload the photo to that.

Welcome to the site! The pics will work from facebook so long as the folder they are in is public and you are using the correct URL. I never have posted pics from facebook, so not sure what's going wrong, but I know lots of others use FB to host their pics.

The img code he used is a Facebook code. It could be that the photo's privacy setting isn't set to public.
