well can you take the bus axels off and put bug axels on it and do away with the reduction boxes

Not sure about that but, Wagens west sells a straight axel kit for splitties

You can if it is going in a bug (but to work without the rgbs the ring and pinion has to be flipped) or if you have offset springplates for a bus you can put either 67 or 68 beetle axles.

ok then my buggy has a bus tranny on it then according to the pics i have looked at but it has diff axels on it and no reduction boxes. IS THIS GOOD?
