Lowered wagon..a real wagon
Just thought I would post this up, been wanting to do this for a while now. It started with a $12 EBay wagon and a Goodwill stroller, now I have something cool to pull the grand kids around in.
still have to clean the wheels and add a few accessories.

That thing look sweet. Matches the ride height of the bug in the background.
Those two look like they're having fun already.

Haha, thanks guys! The girls did have fun even though we could only move around in a small part of the driveway cause of the rain. Should be a blast on the silver comet trail.

Thanks! I really wanted the front end and steering to be more mechanical but after toying with steering knuckle, tierods, king pin bolts etc.. I realized that if I wanted to finish it EVER it would have to be pretty simple.

Re: Lowered wagon..a real wagon
Thanks guys! Safety was the number 1 goal hahaha! I remember getting pretty jacked up on a wagon as a kid...you can go WAY too fast down hill on something that has no problem dumping you on your face if you get twitchy with the steering not to mention no brakes at all... Good stuff right there! Lol

Re: Lowered wagon..a real wagon
That's fricken awesome!
I remember the need of a hand brake or some sort of brake on mine as a youth....... my front axle and handle joint didn't do so well slamming into the pinetree. I baled at the last second , but my mom wouldn't let my dad fix it or get me another one...
