After I heard about Westville last year on the Providence Canyon cruise me and Ashley decided to go one weekend and check it out. We really enjoyed it even though there wasn't much going on the time we went. I thought it would be cool for the club to cruise down there when they do Christmas in Westville. I figured we could meet up around 9 and eat a big brunch and head down for the day.

As you visit throughout the village, "Make and Take" 19th century Christmas crafts and decorations, and collect pages for your own "Victorian Christmas at Westville" booklet. And don't forget to visit with Father Christmas in his Southern Office!

As the sun begins to set on a beautiful Christmas evening, join the beautiful "Lighting of the Lanterns" procession through the village with Father Christmas. End your evening at the Courthouse with beautiful Christmas carols in the candlelight.

I'm pretty sure we can make this one! Poor ol bug hasn't had a long drive in almost 3 months now, so this will be a good excuse to give it some exercise.

From Westville, through Plains and Americus, then on to Andersonville is only 48 miles.

Andersonville is a wonderful place to visit as well.

Lets meet at Ruths here in Zebulon. It is right after my house on the left going south. After we eat we will head south on 19 until we get to Butler and then turn off.

Its pretty good food just remember to bring cash because I don't think they take cards only cash and local checks.

Wish that rain was down this way! I'm having to drill a new well due to low water table.

Oooma, and Boppa were planning on making this trip with the Grandyoung'un, but serious sinus infections prevail. Crying or Very sad
